One of our landscaping experts will call you to discuss your plans in more detail. We’ll also schedule an onsite consultation that fits your schedule.

Rob or Glenn will visit your property to assess the current landscape. At this meeting, we’ll honestly assess what your landscape needs, what won’t work, and the best way to bring your landscape to life. Our assessments will be honest and upfront so you know what is and isn’t possible with your landscape.

We will present your custom, detailed design plan. You can give us your feedback right on the call or you can email or text us feedback. We use cutting-edge software so every design plan is within a centimeter and you know exactly what your new landscape will look like. We’ll meet you over a Google Meet or a Zoom call. You will also get 2 rounds of revisions, if necessary.

Once you approve the design plan, we’ll provide a detailed pricing agreement with a materials breakdown and other details. A deposit of 33% of the installation is due at this stage; payment can be completed online or via check.

Our team will schedule the start date for installation based on material deliveries and your schedule. Expect a notification a week before work begins, and we’ll begin marking your property. The second installation installment of 33% will be due the day work begins.

Our team will communicate with you throughout the project. Get clear, friendly updates, notices about weather delays, and answers to all of your questions every step of the way. We do all the work so you can sit back and relax.

After installation is complete, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough where you can examine the work and ensure everything is to your satisfaction. We strive to be the best and wow our clients with every detail. We’ll also talk with you about specific plant care recommendations, warranties, and give you the answers to any questions you have. The final 33% of the installation cost will be due at this stage.
