We guarantee you’ll be 100% satisfied with our hardscaping craftsmanship. If any issue arises with your installation within 5 years, we’ll come back and fix it for free—no hassles.
What’s Covered:

Repairs for sinking, settling, or shifting pavers within 5 years

Broken or cracked pavers caused during installation

Loose pavers, edge restraints, or settling greater than 3/8″

All material warranties are backed by the manufacturer

Warranty starts on the date construction is completed

All warranty terms are outlined in your ScapeWorx proposal or contract
What’s Not Covered:
(A) Any modifications made by others
(B) Efflorescence, stains, or weather-related damage
(C) Damage from pressure washing paver surfaces or joints
(D) Joint sand loss (this is why we recommend sealing)
(E) Excavation within 4 feet of the paver area
(F) Damage from tree roots or root lifting
(G) Acts of God or natural occurrences
(H) Damage from improper use—like vehicles or mowers off the edge
(I) Raised edge restraints from freeze-thaw (one-time reset upon request)
(J) Late payment voids your warranty
Conditions:

Warranty claims must be made within the 5-year period

We (or our approved subcontractors) will perform the repair
-
If another company performs the work, your warranty is void

Color match on materials will be as close as possible, but may vary
All work is done to industry standards. Work begins only upon written authorization. Delays due to weather, accidents, or material shortages are not our responsibility. ScapeWorx is fully insured, and all workers are covered by Workers’ Comp.

Maintenance Plan Benefits
Our Lighting Maintenance Plan keeps your system optimized and protected:

Two service visits per year

Inspection of fixtures, wires, and transformer

Adjustments for plant growth, seasonal angles, and repositioning

LED bulb performance check and fixture cleaning

Required for extended warranty coverage on bulbs and fixtures
Annual Cost: $347+ depending on system size.

Warranty Conditions
To keep your warranty valid, the following conditions must be met:

No Flammable Coverage
– Mulch, leaves, pine needles, or any flammable debris covering fixtures will void all warranties and may cause fire hazards. -
No Tampering
– Any alteration or repair by anyone outside the ScapeWorx team voids coverage. -
Acts of God
– Lightning strikes, floods, and other natural disasters are not covered. -
Cut Wires
– Low-voltage wire damaged by third parties is not warrantied. -
Lens Covers
– Scratched, lost, or stolen lens covers are not included in coverage. -
Electrical Access
– You must provide 110V outlets in good working order with proper capacity. -
On-Time Payment
– All payments must be completed upon job completion. Late payments void the warranty.
If your lawn does not germinate within 30 days of application (weather permitting) due to product failure or workmanship, we will re-seed those areas one time at no charge under the following conditions:
Warranty Requirements:

You must notify us of any issues within 30 days of the original seeding
-
The original application must fall within the recommended seeding windows:
March 1 – May 15 (unless there is a fully functional sprinkler system) or August 15 – November 15 -
The customer is responsible for watering and proper care of the seeded area
What’s Not Covered:

Weed competition or eradication
-
Damage from drought, heavy rain, or any weather-related event
-
Acts of nature, disease, vandalism, or issues outside our control
ScapeWorx is committed to quality—but a successful lawn also depends on proper maintenance. Follow all post-seeding instructions to maximize your results.
ScapeWorx offers an Optional Plant Warranty for clients who want added protection on newly installed plant material.
Warranty Terms:

Warranty coverage applies only to plants installed by ScapeWorx

Coverage is valid for 1 year from the date of installation
-
Plants that fail due to nursery defect or improper installation will be replaced once at no charge
-
The warranty is available only at the time of installation and must be purchased in advance
Customer Responsibilities:
To keep this warranty valid, the following must be met:

Watering and ongoing care are the client’s responsibility
-
Plants must be maintained per ScapeWorx care instructions
-
The warranty does not cover neglect, overwatering, under-watering, weather-related damage, disease, pests, vandalism, or Acts of God
-
You must notify us within 30 days of plant decline to be eligible for replacement
