How much does an outdoor living project cost?
Outdoor living projects start at $12,497. Final cost depends on the layout, materials, scope, and number of areas included.
Can a project be completed in phases?
Often, yes. Larger projects are frequently built in stages so the work fits a budget and a schedule. We plan the whole space first, then agree what gets built now and what follows, so the later phases still line up with the earlier ones.
Do you design and install the project?
Yes. One team handles it from the first walk-through through to the finished space, so the design, the materials and the installation are decided together rather than handed between companies.
Can you solve drainage issues as part of the work?
Yes. Grading and drainage are usually settled before any hardscape goes down, because a patio or wall built over a water problem will not hold up. Drainage work can be built into an outdoor living project rather than handled separately.
What outdoor living services do you offer?
We design and build patios, walkways, walls, fire pits, masonry features, and more. We also offer paver repair and paver and stone sealing to restore and protect existing hardscapes.
How long does an outdoor living project take?
Timing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Smaller projects may take a few days, while larger custom builds can take several weeks. We will walk you through timeline expectations before work begins.
