Payment Terms

Final Sale & Payment Policy
All sales are final—no refunds. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of work as specified in your proposal or contract.
Late Payments & Legal Action
Accounts more than 30 days past due will incur a service charge at the highest rate permitted by law and will automatically void any ScapeWorx warranty. If legal action is required to recover outstanding payments, you agree that ScapeWorx Landscape Design & Maintenance may choose the legal venue and will be entitled to recover all court costs, attorney’s fees, and interest at the maximum legal rate.
Electronic Billing Authorization
By accepting our proposal, you authorize ScapeWorx Landscape Design & Maintenance to process payments electronically via ACH or credit card using the payment method you have chosen to keep on file.
- Recurring Services: Payments are processed weekly.
- Non-Recurring Services: Payments are processed according to the terms specified in your agreement.
If you choose not to store ACH or credit card details for automatic billing, payment is required one month in advance of service. If a service is skipped, the payment will be applied as a credit toward the following month or refunded upon request.
Payment Methods & Associated Fees
- ACH/Bank Transfers: No additional fee.
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express: A 3% convenience fee applies to payments exceeding $1,000.
Secure Account Access
You will receive a secure username and password to access your account at all times. Our payment system is PCI-compliant, encrypted, and secured to protect your sensitive information.
